Rural Guitar (est. 2022) is a creative archive and private press dedicated to the celebration and reimagination of traditional guitar styles. Though rooted in those from the rural, American South, RG’s lens is focused on how intentionally engaging with these sounds can lead to breakthroughs outside their expected genres, along with the belief that tradition is naturally sewn by the varied interpretations that occur cross-culturally. We are proud to employ a diverse roster of living, breathing artists, designers and craftspeople who assist in bringing our products to life with the best materials possible.

Fun fact: RG orders are shipped out of Middle Tennessee from Jimmy Martin's former post office, near where rayon—what are rope straps are made of—was developed into a household commodity.
